I have heard about this app and I’ve seen some of the reviews being a good service and i thought it would bring so much potential of bringing me food when I don’t have my car. And I was really excited to use this app because my friend and I wanted to get burgers and other goodies from a restaurant that supports it. (According to the App and Google) However... big mistake. I ordered at 3PM and My friend and I was hungry, so we used DoorDash and bought food around 3PM. I checked my bank account 20minutes later and I noticed DoorDash refunded my money. And I thought “okay, maybe is because I put the settings on ‘cancel order’ if they did not have the food.” So I ordered a completely different kind of burger and one hour later, I checked my bank account and it said that it was refunded again. It’s been an hour and I called the restaurant to see if my order went through and they said that they have my order. So I thought to myself “Okay! Maybe is just a bug in the system.” I waited 2 more hours and my friend and I were complaining how long it took, and I called the restaurant again to see if my delivery was picked up. I explained the restaurant that someone else was suppose to pick it up and they explained to me that no one picked it up, and I had to cancel my order. This was the first time using it, and I had already uninstall this app. I’m sorry DoorDash but I will not be using his ever again.

Waited 2 Hours for Food, I Sent It Right Back

Drivers can’t find simple address

Drivers just call when they’re blocks away and say “I can’t find your address” without even looking. They don’t even know that even and odd address numbers are on different sides of the road. Now they’re jacking up the delivery fee on top of their service fee on top of driver’s tip.

I like the idea of door dash it was nice. I use it and Uber eats never had a problem with either until the driver said he delivered to my address when he never did and they choose to believe him over me yes I was credited back on my order but it was still ridiculous and annoying wish I could rate no stars

Not ready for to be a reliable service yet

Used them a few times, at first seemed like a really slick upgrade from Seemless but the drivers kept getting sketchier and tonight the driver refused to leave my food at my house because I wasn’t home yet. The entire point of a delivery service app is to ensure a delivery occurs. The driver left, and kept the food. No immediate customer service is available through their app so if they can’t rely on their on field drivers they got no business premise. Unless they do something remarkable beyond simply refunding my $70 tonight I will never use this app again and would tel anyone who reads this to download something else like Caviar or just stick to Seemless

Basically, seems like a company run by a Bot - There’s no number to call if there’s a problem. Try finding one, I challenge you ! If they send you an email, you can’t reply. Company is a mess, and so is the App - Freakish cancellation of orders that you didn’t request. Refund of money when there is no problem. Businesses that refuse to do business with them due to there inability to provide consistent service.
