Worst delivery service of all time. I ordered something at 12 and it arrived two hours later and I FOUND A HAIR in my food from Dennys. Joseph S was the driver. Don't get this app.
Needs work - the app & the service

First, the app needs to be Universal. On an iPad, it’s just a blown-up iPhone interface. That actually makes navigating the various pages even more tedious because you need to scroll more to cover the same area. It’s 2018 & there’s no reason for devs to continue with the artificial display constraints. Hire better devs if yours don’t know how to do this. Second, the variable delivery prices are a real detracting. $8.99 for a delivery from Taco Bell?!? Are you people nuts? This isn’t Uber. I’ve also noticed that the menu items for some restaurants are more expensive when ordered through DoorDash, and aren’t denoted as such. Even when combined with “free” delivery, it’s still deceptive. Generally, if the restaurant has its own site and already offers delivery, I order through that instead. Convenience is worth some amount of upcharge, but not when some of them are hitting you up with higher prices and delivery charges.

They won’t deliver food to my house from restaurants that list their service that are only 3 miles away. Of course you don’t find this out until after you filled the forms. Thanks for nothing. I looked at dozens of their other reviews. 9 out of 10 are only 1 star reviews. How does that average out to 4.5 stars??? Their pat response to bad reviews is that they are constantly working to improve customer experience. Seems more like they are constantly working to falsify their customer review score. I will be constantly praying that if there is a God and he can hear me, please don’t allow these people to reproduce. There are more than enough pieces of crap in this world already.

Unauthorized restaurants

My wife owns a restaurant and found out this company had her restaurant listed without her permission or ever contacting her. We have since found at least 5 more restaurants in the neighborhood that are listed on this service without knowledge or contracts signed. Menus are inaccurately listed. Group lawsuits are being considered against this company.

The ordering and selection and navigation of the app is great. 5 Star. But the problem comes in when the routes you’re making your drivers take is asinine. Since the last 3 updates the driver routes are all over the place. Make a stop at somewhere along the way that isn’t my house and then make them turn around and go back the way they came. What should be a 10 minute drive at best is taking them 30+ minutes sometimes. Not the drivers fault. It’s yours. Fix their app please.
App just freezes when opening

Messed up my order twice

So I tried doordash for the first time last month and They didn’t deliver my appetizer with my order! I had to call them and they ended up re-ordering my appetizer and it arrived like an hour after I had already eaten my food! Since they refunded my money I decided to give them another try today! This time the dasher took 35 minutes from time the food was ready to deliver it to my apartment from a restaurant that is 10-15 minutes away! By the time I got the food it was cold! But the worse thing is, FOR THE SECOND TIME they delivered WRONG items!!! I will never use this app ever! I have never had similar issues with other food delivery apps!

Ordered food at 12:24AM. Delivery time was set for 1:43AM. Its now 2:12AM and the message on app still says “order received, 1:43AM arrival”..... its 2018 DoorDash, figure it out. If you cant handle the volume simply just let me know so I don't waste my time and pay double the walk in price. Legit just sitting here wondering if we should just go to bed or wait a few minutes longer....Terrible service. Will be calling my bank for refund...
