I used DoorDash for the first time and my experience was great driver was friendly she arrived in a timely fashion and because of that I would definitely use their service again and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is on able to get out of the house good job door Dash

I placed an order, 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be at my house Door Dash customer support calls and tells me “my drivers car broke down can I reschedule your delivery so you can still get your food” I said yes thinking my food is close there just going to get it. NO they place another order taking an additional hr to get to my house. Absolutely not satisfied. The only reason I rated 2 stars is because this was my 5th order from them and this just happened today. First problem first real no solution but wait longer for food.

First off, I’m a user, not a Dasher. Second I love this app and the people who deliver to me, I haven’t had a bad experience ever. The only reason I gave a 4* review is because, I would like it if they added a “driver rating” section ... something that should have been added a long time ago

I’ve used door dash for a few months now and I loved it. The drivers are always great. But this last time I was supposed to be checking out using a referral code, the price was displayed and I made my order. Once my card was charged it was more expensive than the total price. Dealing with customer service has been terrible and they have not been at all helpful. Be careful with this company they’ll scam you. I’m done with them

Ho boy. It's been a tough week for us. This company has people in and out of my store constantly, which is great. Here's the kicker. The orders getting called in are usually incorrect. The people ordering the food also ask for chips and a drink, which every one of our customers know you pick that up yourselves in the store. I have all these Door Dash drivers having to figure out what the orderers want because they don't tell is they are Door Dash and they don't tell us what drinks or flavor of side items. When I get the wrong order that clogs our line of customers. I've thrown out hundreds of dollars of food because of these incorrect orders. Nothing is leaving right. That's hurting my ratings. There is no process that makes this work out at all for us. This company is the worse. They're hurting us financially.

Nice concept but horrible implementation. The app has the wrong prices, it says free delivery but when you order the fee is still applied, or if you have a small order then they charge you more. Uber does not try and hide fees. Bad company to do business because they are not up front and honest about their practices/prices.

Loved the smooth app experience ! Note to leadership: you need to strategically market your app more. Perhaps start with radio, more people need to hear your name.

I order from lazy dog and JFAT all the time on this app and now I can’t see either of them to order and I can’t look them up in the app either. There is no point in having the app now with this glitch!

I got my food fairly quickly but of course food was missing. The driver texted me asking what I wanted which is weird because I typed everything into the app already to place my order. So even after telling him myself, he ordered the food incorrectly. It was literally just 2 cheeseburgers and he only ordered one looking at the receipt in the bag. Oh and they just gave me a 2$ credit as if I’m ever going to use this app again.
