Can’t use offline

It’s only 1 star because my daughter likes it. Requires network and camera access to open and get to the main screen. Neither should be required to work basic functions IMO. Also, my daughter likes to change characters frequently. I wish you went to the “after brushing” home screen Vs the “let’s brush” screen after choosing the child.
This is a fun app...when it works.

I downloaded this app on a few of our devices (my iPhone 6, my husband’s iPhone 8 Plus, and my daughters old iPad). It worked on all 3 for a few months. I replaced my phone in the mean time and now have an iPhone XR...I try to open the app on it...it never gets past the opening screen. So I tried to open it on my daughter’s iPad today...it closed after the loading screen over and over. Another annoying issue with it is that I purchased one of the characters on my iPhone 6, but it did not transfer to any of our other devices. I’m not going to buy that character on each device. So I give it two stars because when it does actually load, it’s fun and my daughter loves it. And wants to brush her teeth more often just to use the app. But only two stars because it doesn’t work more than half the time?

Wants access to your camera

The app will not work unless you give them access to your camera. Then it wants you to scan oral B products in your home to unlock characters. This is a very invasive App, it makes me uncomfortable. Such a cool idea-cleaning off the picture by brushing! Too bad they ruined it.

This app was amazing & my kids loved using it but since I got my new phone & the last update it won’t load. I see all of 2 screens which are all before getting to where you can select your kid etc. They have been super bummed about this. I keep checking back to see if it works but nothing. This has been a huge disappointment especially to my son who has ASD...

Stopped working with subsequent updates. I have iPhone X and it doesn’t work at all.

It only allows use of the timer 2x a day. There’s times when an inbetween brushing is needed, and the timer can’t be used.
Worked better before last update
