Unable to purchase frozen II content

My kids love this timer and it usually works fine but the newest update including frozen two (which we have been waiting excitedly to use for months) is not able to be purchased. There’s a bug somewhere.
New frozen update

We loved this app and were excited to get the new frozen 2 characters...but they don’t work! The app now is very buggy and can’t get new characters! Why release it if it doesn’t work! Hopefully it’s fixed soon!!

All these reviews about no volume, including my own. What a huge disappointment from Disney/OralB. An app having volume isn’t too much to ask.

I have been using this app for years a and I still do when I’m 12 years old. But there is a problem. I wish the calendar wasn’t taken away. The calendar was much easier to use.
Need real images for Frozen II characters

Updated review for 2020/01 update: this is a big improvement and now I can scan my brush to new characters! Thank you developer! However, why does Frozen II only shows plain poster like images, where is the real image from the movie or with the movie characters? Please update the images!!! Thank you!!! Original review: We bought Frozen characters branded brush head, but only to find out the scan function doesn’t work and can’t display the frozen characters! Only Mickey/Minnie and Star Wars are unlocked. Why? Developers please please please update your app to make it work!!!

The only problem is that’s some time is it doesn’t give the kids a picture of the characters. Just an hour glass. If it worked every single time it would be amazing !

Update: I am able to purchase the new Frozen stickers but they are not the same quality as the others. I am hoping they get better. I am also still hoping they fix the other problems. I will not purchase Star Wars characters again just to access them on my device. Previous Review: Since the recent update I am unable to restore purchases made on my other devices. When I try to restore purchases, it just switches it to training mode. This has become a big headache because my husband unlocked new characters that I am unable to use when he is out of town. I have also been unable to purchase the Frozen 2 characters. I wish I hadn’t updated this app. A general criticism that wasn’t created by the update is the inability to have the training mode on for one child and off for another without changing it every time. I have looked into contacting someone about these problems but I don’t see that option. Hopefully they will read my review and fix soon!
Poor design and buggy

App won’t scan any products. We tried toothbrushes, tooth paste, etc. none of them worked. Please fix the bugs!
