Won’t scan toothbrushes

Lily the app for my kids but the scanner doesn’t work on any of the Oral-b Disney kids brushes we have tried.

Update is riddled with problems. Performance issues, crashes, failed features.

We love seeing Minnie and the gang every morning and night! The kids are actually excited to brush their teeth and it’s a game changer for us. Every day I would dread brushing everyone’s teeth because it was a battle but now my daughter gets excited and does a lot of it herself! Only request - we have buzz light year and Olaf toothbrushes and it won’t unlock those characters- help

Latest update is horrible

Been using this for over a year, but this latest update is just horrible. Slow, buggy, and crashes often.

Slow with July 2019 update

This latest update caused the app to be very slow. After a button is pressed it takes at least 10 seconds for the app to respond. The buttons are smaller (not great for kid fingers)and so are the characters and stickers. The intro to the brushing is always cutoff early. The addition of the Toy Story characters is nice but the slowness of the app has doubled the time we spend with our brushing routine.

New update isn’t great

The newest update isn’t working well. The app freezes between windows, the new fireworks sound is awful, some stickers in the Lightning McQueen character aren’t being saved. It was a great app before this update.

When kiddo is done brushing teeth when time is up as per this app it doesn’t show a picture of the character(s); it reveals a picture of the WiFi symbol & an hour glass symbol This needs to be fixed!!!

After a recent update, the app is now very slow to transition between screens. It stutters and hangs whenever you press a button, for instance when you want to change character.

What a disappointment

This app started brilliantly, my 6 year old daughter was so excited to brush her teeth every day because of this, till about a month in after it’s first update, it stop allowing her to brush in the evenings, with a pop up msg the read “you’ve already brushed this evening,come back in the morning “ ?. At first I was able to reset it but now nothing works.

This toothbrush was specially purchased because of the magic timer app. The app won’t scan the toothbrush, and I tried two different phones. Disappointed ☹️!
