Timer is fine

The timer is fine and my 4 year old likes to use it. But the scanner for characters is terrible! We received several oral b character items for Christmas and not a single one will scan. As a big Little Mermaid fan my daughter keeps asking me when she’ll be able to see the Ariel pictures.
Used to be great, hasn’t worked in months

It’s unfortunate to give this app 1 star because when it works, it was wonderful. My kid loved to brush his teeth to see what sticker he was going to get. We collected a bunch of different characters so he never got bored. Now the picture is a wifi symbol and doesn’t even add it to his book. With all the negative reviews over the past couple of months, I’m surprised Oral B hasn’t tried to fix it. We’ll be looking for something else. So if you’re thinking about this app, don’t bother until they get it fixed.
Kids love it, but I’m disappointed

First of all, let me say that my kids LOVE this app and it has made teeth brushing so much easier. HOWEVER, there are some big flaws with the app that I hope will be fixed. 1. It is REALLY difficult to scan products. I haven’t been able to get many products to scan, and a couple of the ones that did unlocked the wrong character (e.g., scanned a Belle toothbrush and unlocked Minnie). 2. The only ways to unlock new characters are to buy them for 0.99 or scan a product. This disappoints me because I feel like there should be a way for my kids to “earn” the characters after brushing their teeth consistently for a certain amount of time. I get around this by rewarding them with a new character myself after a set number of brushes, but I’m annoyed that I have to pay for it. 3. The app doesn’t work on my iPhone X. I can get picture but no sound. So I have to use my iPad. I really do love the concept of this app, but there are some huge issues with the execution.
Please fix your app. When my child brushes, she gets an hourglass

I would have given this app 5 stars until the last few months. Now no mater what character my child is using, she doesn’t reveal a new picture, only a picture of a blue hourglass. This is very frustrating to her, as this was always a great tool for tooth brushing. Please fix your app!!!

My kids love this app but for the last 8 or so weeks while brushing their teeth the picture has been a WiFi signal and an hour glass. Can you please fix

I love this! I do this with my little brother nightly he looks forward to it and always asks for my iPad and tries to do it 40 times a day!
Worked great until update

This app worked great at first! My daughter loved brushing her teeth with all of the characters. Once an update pushed the only picture we see now has an hourglass and a wifi signal. I have tried using the app on WiFi and cellular network and this doesn’t seem to change anything. I’d love to use the app to keep my child interested in brushing her teeth, but with no new images to see I’ll be deleting it.
Great app but camera doesn’t work

My son loves this app, he collects the photos and really motivates him to brush for a 2 full minutes! I know we couldn’t that without the app. One major flaw is - at least on the new iPads - the “scanning” camera is glitchy. You can’t scan a tooth brush because the camera screen is just squiggly lines. I’m thinking the dev team just needs to connect to software to the new hardware.
