Was Great, now a Bug Infested Mess

jmheckert

This app was great! Kids love it and has been great to get them to brush... until the latest update. There are so many bugs in this app now that it is almost unusable; the kids are annoyed and frustrated, which makes the parents annoyed and frustrated. Did no one test this update before it was released to the App Store? The developers should be embarrassed...

Frustrated

cmamaof4

This app was wonderful and my kids used it daily, until the recent update. Now I can’t switch between names or scan any products. My kids are so confused and disappointed!

This app is great!

Uny cutie

It’s good for kids. I was struggling with my brushing a little, so I got magic timer and it really helped! It’s good for both genders because you start with BB-8 from Star Wars and Minnie from Mickey Mouse!

So fun

hello people hello

It makes brushing fun and it is very healthy

5.1.0 Broken on iPhone 6

Very slow (like nearly a full minute) between button presses and the resulting action.

Great unless you need to talk to customer service

Disappointed one 2

If you never have to deal with customer support, this app is awesome. My 4 year old loves it and considers it a game. It actually made brushing fun for him. Then the app updated to add a new character that he wanted, and there’s a glitch in the Matrix whereby there’s no way to purchase it and use it. I contacted the support in the app to trouble shoot and fix it, and it’s turned out to be a massive annoyance. I received 3 automated messages from multiple people who apparently didn’t know anything about the correspondence from anyone else. When I brought this up, support literally tried to gaslight me and tell me that they don’t send automated messages at all, and they’ve not duplicated anything, until I sent them screenshots they asked for. Kind of strange that they don’t have a way to better keep track of who is sending emails to customers and then ask us to retrieve data they should be getting paid to find themselves. After getting the screenshots, yet ANOTHER person responded to me to say that they send multiple messages from multiple people in order to re-create the process when some, but not all users, are experiencing an issue. Wait. What?!? After over a week of frustrating communication like this, their glitch isn’t resolved and I’m supposed to just keep an eye out to see if it fixes itself magically without anymore trouble shooting or follow up. My rating is based on the frustrating experience with customer support through the app. Aside from one character not working, the rest of my experience with the app itself has been great.

Good idea, not executed

Callaway Burke

This is a great idea, especially for kids learning to brush! The toothbrush I bought was toy story but you cannot get the picture to “scan” to save your life! So the deafult for us was Star Wars which my kid has NO interest in! He wanted to see woody and buzz. The scanner needs to work better or find a different object to scan for the toothbrush you purchase.

Doesn’t work

Gpietro32

This doesn’t work like they say it does. I can’t get it to scan. We have tried with multiple devices, and nothing happens.

Brushing daily hassle free

My kids are always excited to brush their teeth with the app! They love to see who they’ll be brushing with!
