My kids love it

jader924

My kids love the app. They are excited to brush each day. Only problem is I have trouble finding products in store that allow them to unlock new characters.

SO slow

Excited2bmom

We used to love this app. But it’s SO slow now, I used to let the kiddos change their characters but now it takes an extra 5 min at bedtime to change so we don’t do it very often. We actually haven’t used it for a long time and just pulled it back up tonight to see if there were any improvements....nope...still slow.

Faulty

Slider man AR does not work, will not load. Someone from support got back to me and said it’s because that character is no longer supported but if there’s another character we would like to let her know. We let her know we would like Rey, never heard back. My 6 year old has been using this app for a few years now and used to love it. Now he wants to find a different app because of this issue and because he doesn’t even get stickers. Is when he brushes it’s just a WiFi signal looking icon. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Horrible app

Marivel169

This app is a waste! It says that if you buy the toothbrush you can scan to unlock the characters but it NEVER scans anything. It wants you to buy the characters after you already bought the toothbrush!!! Scam!!!! This app is horrible and only wants money.

Great app!

My son insists on brushing twice a day since we got this app!

Scanning trouble

scanning challenged

I have 3 kids and 3 character toothbrushes and NONE scan after LOTS of trying.

Worked great until it didn’t

Theresa N.

Loved this app and my girls loved getting stickers and helped them want to actually brush their teeth twice a day. Then about 3 months ago instead of getting stickers they started getting a weird wi fi looking picture that is blue. Now when they use it- the first one gets the wi-fi symbol and the second one that uses it will actually get a sticker. Please help!!

Amazing

My kid’s love this app

Frustrating

iRuffells

This is my daughters favorite thing. Problem is it doesn’t work most of the time, so I’m left trying to explain to my daughter why the images are not loading (which she doesn’t understand) and starts crying. Now I’m left here trying to brush the teeth of a hysterical toddler and cursing the developers.

Motivation

ElleMdeeze

Finally found some motivation to help get those teeth brushed when my tricks aren’t working.
