I’m 10 years old and I used to like this app a lot. Recently it changed and now after roughly two times with the same character, it only does a WiFi and hourglass sticker. Please try to fix it or I will delete it. :’(

Magic timer is a Awesome app for my kids every time it’s time for them to brush there teeth they use magic timer everyday I just wish the brushing can go longer and a timer for showering. But overall 4/5
Great app! Could be the best but...

Please consider allowing cloud sync of user data across devices. My wife and I have the app on our phones but I do most of the teeth brushing with our son. When my wife has to use the app she is pages of pictures and dozens of days behind my phone and our 3-year-old gets sad because he doesn’t get a new picture with her. I’m sure that I’m not the only adults that want Cloud sync. It would make this app 5 stars to us.

Enjoyed using this with my four year old twins, upgraded to iPhone 11 Pro Max and app will no longer open. My kids still ask for it every night, I expected more upkeep with a Disney product.
Terrible, Not Worth the Frustration

This app has been broken since the late update pushed in November! Now every character that we’ve PURCHASED shows a weird WiFi/hourglass picture instead of the Disney sticker. Support is nonexistent; their only answer for the break was “wait for the next update, and please don’t delete the app.” I’m appalled that Disney is associated with this Developer/app.
Can’t restore past purchases on new phone

I reinstalled the app on a new phone. For now we only have one character and the “Restore Purchases” button doesn’t work. Funny that everything else on the app works just fine except that. Is this Disney’s way of getting us to rebuy characters?
Wish there was an app on Amazon

We have a fire tablet that we can prop up as a stand next to the sink but because it’s amazon and not google play, we cannot download it which is such a bummer as my daughter does enjoy brushing to the timer.
Brushing teeth is fun!

My 3 and a half year old absolutely loves brushing her teeth now! She can brush with Olaf and her teeth get cleaned regularly!!
Wifi and Hourglass ..

We used to love this app but every update has made it worse. It got slower over time and now with the latest update, we just see the same WiFi and hourglass symbols every time during the two minute timer. Please fix!
