What a pain

Super hard to use. And they came out with a new version but didn’t carry over my transfers or favorite channels. Typical of what I’d expect from this company.
Since January 6th! App needs work, same problems fixed and then return.

Another week has gone by and I still can’t transfer recordings to my iPhone 7 Plus. I click on a recording and it says it says go to transfers but when I click on that it says cannot connect to the internet. I can’t access my transferred shows either because it says it can’t connect to my receiver but I can see all my recorded shows so I know it’s connecting. I transferred recordings to my iphone and I did the update to the app. Two updates back everything was fine but after the update two updates ago I enter the app and I can see my dvr recordings but I click on more to see my transferred recordings and it says I don’t have any. I close the app and open again or go to back at the top of the app and I can see my dvr shows again. If I try to transfer any it tells me it is unable to connect to my receiver but if I wasn’t connected to my receiver, I would not be able to see my dvr items. I had this issue before and it was fixed and now it’s a problem again. On my iPhone 7 Plus. Looking at all the awful reviews makes me even more sorry I chose Dish. I am researching other companies to go with now.

Never works offline. Continuously wants to authorize video playback, which can’t be done because your offline, so your transfers won’t play. Defeats the whole purpose

This was a great app but now it constantly crashes. It just stops. This happens multiple times an hour to the point it’s not worth watching anything. I know it’s not my internet because I have checked that out thoroughly and the tv dish products have no problems so this appears to be an app only issue. I hope they fix this soon.

Well, I don’t really want to buy a new adapter, paid enough for the old one! So the app is now pretty useless to me.

This app is still a piece of junk. Why after all this time can’t they fix it? Users have been complaining about this app for a very VERY long time and it is still one of the worse apps in the marketplace. Why??? Just WHY? Maybe I should switch to a streaming service and stop paying for this garbage.

Once again I’ve been trying for the last half hour to access. I thought I knew every possible way to get this to finally work. After all I have to do it every time I try to get it. Months and months and you still haven’t fixed this? WHEN WILL YOU FIGURE IT OUT??

The app opens ok but when I try to play a channel it will not load. Sometimes I get a message telling me to contact Dish. That is when I run the update. Then it will work. Today it will not load. Also it stops playing during the show. Just for 5 to 15 seconds
