You can’t watch anything from DVR without it freezing up and crashing every 7 seconds

It appears that every time there is an upgrade it erases all the favorites and has to be deleted and reloaded if it’s working leave it alone. Again had to delete app did not all the “favorites “also missing multiple channels that were there earlier today. Again had to delete it and download it to get my favorites back. I will not get rid of the old one because it actually works this one is pathetic. Suggestion: fire this developer and find someone who can actually develope an app the really works then leave it alone.
Can’t Cast ???

Why can’t I cast from this app? I pay $130 a month and this app will no longer allow me to cast from my phone to my TV. When we have thunderstorms, the satellite goes out, so I usually cast to my tv so I can watch my shows. WHY WILL THIS APP NO LONGER CAST TO MY TV?????????
Won’t cast to Chromecast device

I was able to use Dish Anywhere app to cast to my Chromecast at Thanksgiving and now the casting button will not work to connect and cast to Chromecast device. Please fix the bug preventing me from being able to connect and cast using Chromecast
New app is not worth it

I am having so much problems with this new “upgraded” app that I was forced to move to. I am unable to watch any of my movies that I have transferred to my iPad or even my phone. It takes forever to authenticate if it even does authenticate. I tried logging out and logging back in both while on my cell network and at home on my WiFi, but that doesn’t seem to help the problem. I get a message telling me that I haven’t logged into the dish account in over 30 days which is absolutely not true. Is there anyway you can make the old app work again. This is getting very frustrated and I’m about to just quit Dish all together. Between this and the removing of even some basic channels I am so close to calling it quits with Dish.

I like the app, we use it traveling. The big major problem is buffering. Most places has slow internet and our home up speed isn’t great. Most of the time we can not watch anything we recorded. Live streaming work okay. Setting the hopper is good. The DVR Layout is horrible, its should match the hopper layout. This app also should be available for Roku, but I understand Roku greed. Fix the buffering and dvr layout you you will get 5 stars.
