Since January 6th! App needs work, same problems fixed and then return. – DISH Anywhere Review

Another week has gone by and I still can’t transfer recordings to my iPhone 7 Plus. I click on a recording and it says it says go to transfers but when I click on that it says cannot connect to the internet. I can’t access my transferred shows either because it says it can’t connect to my receiver but I can see all my recorded shows so I know it’s connecting. I transferred recordings to my iphone and I did the update to the app. Two updates back everything was fine but after the update two updates ago I enter the app and I can see my dvr recordings but I click on more to see my transferred recordings and it says I don’t have any. I close the app and open again or go to back at the top of the app and I can see my dvr shows again. If I try to transfer any it tells me it is unable to connect to my receiver but if I wasn’t connected to my receiver, I would not be able to see my dvr items. I had this issue before and it was fixed and now it’s a problem again. On my iPhone 7 Plus. Looking at all the awful reviews makes me even more sorry I chose Dish. I am researching other companies to go with now.
