Dvr problems still
Bullylove
Still won’t record dvr list. Won’t show a show even though it’s the date and over the time. Usually won’t let you play it for at least 2 days after.

This app couldn’t be much worse if they tried to. Considering the monthly cost of DirecTV service it’s a travesty they provide us with such a buggy/glitchy error message of an app.

Reset password thru app, app won’t recognize password.

App won’t recognize password. Reset password using the app. App still won’t recognize new password. I’d say I was in the twilight zone except I can’t watch DTV to confirm if this is indeed like the twilight zone.

Can never log in after update

The app did its automated update. I got signed out. No big deal. But now every time I try to log into the app it tells me that I’m using the wrong password or username. I have contacted directv about this issue and they just tell me to reset my password. Still doesn’t work. Worst update ever
