Needs Improvements

This app certainly has features but it’s clunky, it user friendly, not seemless to the consumer, and is inferior to their competition (YouTube TV). Finding what you want to watch is difficult, the play/pause/fast-forward isn’t up to speed with the other apps you use on your phone, and overall the experience feels as though the app was an afterthought to people cutting cable. DirectTV of the past isn’t the DirectTV of today. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for your cable needs.

Overall this app is good. I have one complaint though. Every 5 minutes, I’m seeing 2 minutes of ads. I wish you could fast forward through them and get on with your show. Super frustrating!!

This app has NEVER worked as advertised. It’s buggy and unreliable. They don’t appear to be trying to make it any better.

I can sign in on other sites and devices just fine but this phone app will not let me log in and it’s really frustrating

Make it connectable from iPhone to flat screen TVs. Thinking about stopping your service because your overpriced for limited services you provide.

Make the app work on my Windows 10. Tech support stated they were working on a the issue in sept of 2020! Or Feb 2021 and they never got back to me as promised by the network manager. The tech specialist who was going to call me was much more helpful but the manager ended up calling me and he did not solved the problem. He promised to call me back but he never did. To this date I can only see channel 7 and no other channels on my computer rv when I go to the link! Is anyone out there in Bay Area or LA that will even solve this problem? If not I’ll just cancelled my subscription and go to DISH or Comcast.
