How does this app have a 4.7 rating?! Such a garbage app! The shoes I want to watch, I can’t! ALWAYS an error message. Seriously terrible! Don’t even waste your time calling customer service because they won’t be able to help either. They’ll tell you to delete and reinstall the app. Guess what?! That DOESN’T work!! I am keeping the service because I can’t find TV anywhere for $13/month for over 200 channels so I have to live with a garbage app.

All of my recordings are not available with the list. Also there is a streaming problem when trying to view what was recorded on the DVR.

The most useless app I have ever encountered. I can no longer log in. I’m on an infinite cycle of resetting my password, the app saying they don’t recognize my username/password, taking me back to the App Store to reopen the app, and REPEAT. Haven’t been able to use the app in at least 4 weeks. Spent hours on the phone with their equally useless “customer service”. One time, for so long, that after multiple transfers, I was told, “The department you need to speak to is now closed. You’ll have to call back tomorrow.” In addition, I just received a notice that my monthly cost was increasing. Off to look for other TV & Steaming services. I’m out.
Works well on my phone but not on my fire stick.

I’ve wasted countless hours of my life on the phone and up late at night trying to log in. I’ve reset the password multiple times, I give up... maybe I’ll try Spectrum.

Was told that I could log in to this to watch direct TV. Can not. Will have to wait 3 days to get it fixed. Depressing.

Always get unknown error. Cannot ever get the app to work. I’ve tried uninstalling, restarting my phone… nothing works.

Hypersensitive when scrolling through the guide and will start playing things as soon as opened. When you find something on the guide you would like to record in the future the record option isn’t present. So basically this is worthless if you want to record something that is coming on later in the day.

This app reminds me of the internet growing up in the 90’s, when you had to wait minutes for a page to load. Whenever I try to watch a recorded show on my iPad it loads 50% of the time. If you try to skip ahead or rewind a show it takes at least 30 seconds to reload. Not sure how this has so many good ratings.

Whenever using the app every so often the screen will just go black for a few seconds skipping vital moments of programming. If I rewind it , it just happens again. Why is this happening? There’s no real way to fast forward through commercials. On demand has way too many ads that you cannot skip. Makes no sense. This is the only service I’ve ever had where you pay for the service and have to watch ads while watching on demand programs. If you record something half way through a program it starts several seconds after hitting record. Not like the former cable optics where if you hit record it starts from the beginning. Not only is that not an option it actual starts seconds after hitting record. I don’t know if I’d refer this product. I think it has a long way to go. I was told the price would never go up, but guess what? It did in under a year.
