Can AT&T not do better?

This app needs to be removed and refreshed from the ground up. It’s slow, buggy and even with 5G speeds the picture quality is horrendous. AT&T needs to do better if they expect consumers to pay premium prices for their services.

This thing is GARBAGE...AND 1 YEAR LATER IT IS STILL THE WORST APP OF ANY MAJOR COMPANY... UN BE LIEVABLE….Wrote this a few years ago and forgot to log in and hit send…. The App hasn’t gotten any better either… IT IS GARBAGE

I have not been able to login to the app for over five months. No problems logging into the AT&T app, but the DTV app says there is no user password combination. I have deleted the app four times and reset…. Still nothing. Can’t use my DTV on AppleTV because of this. Such a waste.
very hard to find how to close the directv. d should be easy an obvious to sign out/ sign off

Recently my DIRECTV app would not load. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and continue to have the same issue. Not sure who can help me but hopefully this review trigger someone to fix the issue.

This app isn’t worth a penny. Every few days I have to log back in. Once I log back in app gives me a blank screen and I can’t get passed it. Frustrating!
