WHEN ARE YALL GONNA FIX THIS PROBLEM. THIS IS ANNOYING BECAUSE YALL ARE STILL GETTING PAID

I realize that AT&T owns both DIRECTV and CNN. And they are trying to offload CNN onto some one who just crawled out from under a rock. So, by defaulting everyone’s DIRECTV app to open on CNN will boost their subscription impression. I absolutely cannot stand the fact that everyTime I engage my DIRECTV app I am force-fed CNN!

Does someone know why this app is not working? When I try to open the app all it says is unknown error.

App glitches out from time to time and have to relaunch and log in and out

Can’t really use it anywhere but at home. Always get Unknown Error message. Have deleted and reinstalled several times. Might just leave after 11 years.

My only complaint If you are using windows 10 or 11. Mind you support only can use the last two platforms of windows 10 or 11. The media player directive at&t are attempting to use was encoded with Adobe flash player which unfortunately committed suicide in December of 2020. Users who are trying to watch via windows phone or windows computer are going to be disappointed. I contacted Support. Unfortunately, they acted as if they had no idea or inkling or what was going on until I informed them that Adobe flash player was no longer supported by Adobe. It’s amazing at just how dumb companies can be or act to what they think is the average Joe customer.

If you want to use your App outside of your home-Don’t get!

I decided to download the Direct Tv app in hopes I can watch my shows and my sport teams live when I’m on the go, since I travel a lot. Every single time I want to watch a hockey game, it says I can only watch it from my TV. If I could watch it from my TV, I would. But that is kind of hard if I’m several states over. I’m not the Flash. I don’t have super speed to be in 2 places at once. Hence, the concept of an App. This does not work. Horrible.

The app will not respond to login. I have no trouble logging into the full site but the app doesn't recognize my login and re-directs back to the App Store even when it's already installed.

Previous comments indicated my problem. Log in multiple times, deleted app & restarted my phone only to still get “error unknown” message. When is this going to get fixed. I’ve been out of town 2 weeks but would like to get access to my programs. I’m paying for this service!
