Awesome when it works

To be fair, my beginning experience was not the best. Log in not working, 3 hour customer service call, and after a week finally figuring out how to fix it. Once I was able to get in, the app rarely loads anything quickly and sometimes never. I usually just go and use other apps to watch shows.
Too slow to load and buffer; can’t save shows

For an app associated with a phone company, it takes way too long to load and work. It also fails to allow saving downloads from my DVR to my phone. I’m highly unimpressed in this poorly programmed phone app.
Can’t log in

I try to log into the app on my iPhone and it keeps telling me the username or password is incorrect, but the exact same username and password work perfectly on the website and my Samsung tablet. Googled the issue and it has apparently been going on for years now. Fix it!
iPhone 12 Mini connection and other issues

I have this DIRECTV app on all my other devices like iPhones, tablets, chrome-books and iPad BUT when I try to sign on to my iPhone 12 mini, it will not accept my password so I cannot use it. No amount of tries or research has helped. Also, I have the Spectrum app whose performance is far more reliable and to compare, that app lets me continue to watch on a small window whenever I check emails or get phone calls but this Directv app just signs you out and you lose your place which is very annoying.

This the worst app I ever had. It's always crashing no matter what I do to make it work. If this continues I’ll be looking for a new cable n mobile company.
Not gonna hold back. But your app is just awful.

The app is just plain trash no easy way to put it. Basically unwatchable.
