I am soDisappointed how DH gate says they hold your money until you have received the product and are 100% happy !!!! This is simply not true. You allow your vendors to sand products that are not consistent with what it was ordered and make the customer pay 80 or 90% of the sale price, when what was received is 100% wrong. You have to keep your customer satisfied; several times now I have gotten items that were broken, damaged or indeed the wrong thing altogether and still I was forced to pay under protest. This is the wrong way to do business and I’m so disappointed because I have also had good experiences but the bad outweighs the good
