Deceptive practices – DHgate-Online Wholesale Stores Review

DH Gate seller did not ship Fendi shoes as promised. One month passed. I agreed to refund but instead of $99, they claimed to have sent $73 to my bank. When I questioned why the partial amount, they made false claim that they resent the shoes. Dispute dept deleted all the messages to hide their deception and protect the seller. Will file complaint.
