Follow app on Watch missing BG value

I have been using the Follow app on phone and watch for almost 4months and never had any issues. But recently the follow app doesn’t show the BG value on the Watch after the last couple of updates to 8.x OS and later. The graph is updated and displayed correctly. I have reset Watch multiple times, uninstalled and installed the app on the phone and watch multiple times as well, but still no luck. This is very annoying. Have contacted tech support but no luck. Please fix it.

I don’t know what’s going on with the watch app - it just stoped showing numbers a few days ago. Tried everything and nothing worked. It’s so frustrating not being able to follow my sons BG on my watch :-(

Needs Dark Mode

Would have a 5 if had dark or night mode. Makes it easier to be more discrete when checking son’s levels in a theater, concert, and other events.

I came here hoping for an update for the watch app after not getting numbers all week (only dashes) and now the phone app isn’t working!! We really need this to work for us! Please fix it ASAP!!

No arrow or number on watch?

I use the program to follow my son who can sleep through any alarm. In the past touching my Apple Watch would bring me his number and arrow along with the graph. Now I only get only the graph. We reset everything and still no arrow which is the best part of the Dexcom system. Not sure if this is my problem or Dexcom’s. If I get the arrow back I’ll return to five stars.

I love this app but it has suddenly stopped working on my and my husband’s Apple Watch SE. I called Dexcom and they said they are aware of this issue. We see the graph but no number. The watch app is perfect for quick checks, discreet glances, or middle of the night quick looks. Please fix this! It is an extra tool in the toolbox for us parents with T1D kiddos!

Please review the app, because after the IWatch update to version 8.3, the IWatch app won't show the glicemic values on the Watch !!!

Why the delays?

Looks like a lot of Christmas watches will be going back from whence they came. Doesn’t Dexcom get beta versions of OS platforms prior to release? Maybe they should consider 3rd party developers who could write and test in time for new releases. You can’t go back to old OS if you update by mistake. Apple should climb all over Dexcom for causing lost revenue. The performance of the Follow app needs to be seamless.

Upset that I cannot follow my daughter on my Apple Watch anymore. It shows her name but no number. Why????

Follow Widget shows nothing

I added the follow widget to my iPhone 12 and added my son as he shares his data but the widget is black and useless? Anything on an update to fix this as it would be useful to see without opening the app. Thanks Dominick
