Hey depot love using the app.... but it’s really annoying when your trying to post a lot of items and a lot of them having failed Posting errors. You can’t even re-uploaded the items that failed. This has lead me to start a Mercari account to sell my items on that platform. Where they don’t have this uploading error. Please fix immediately.

Hello I am a up and coming reseller in my area because none exist so I took the role and I have sold many things already on instagram and I heard about this app and it sounded so good they have great products but the problem is the goddamn people they don’t even respond they are inconsistent and I have been waiting a week and my items have not been shipped and I think it’s ridiculous how I payed for a item and it’s not on its way if the people don’t have time or are incapable of doing a simple task then don’t do it simple as that. It makes me look bad and brings down how my customers look at me I hope this app can do something to fix this because I will no longer be using it and it’s just plain ridiculous. I am 16 so don’t think I’m a Karen? but yea that’s my input thanks??. Follow me on Instagram I ship if you don’t live nearby @julios_shop_

Depops report system is horrible. I bought an attire from one of the sellers and they didn’t respond. I waited 6 days for them to ship and it still hasn’t shipped. I have contacted the person numerous times only to figure out that they were active on the app but decided not to respond to me. I went to report this person and it does absolutely nothing. It has instructions on where to go but when you actually go to where they suggest you literally can’t do anything. It just tells you to wait 7 days, contact the buyer for a refund, and so on with info that is useless. They need to do better on their refund or buying issue system. I want to refund but it’s so hard to and I wouldn’t want this to happen to another buyer. Also I bought from this person because they had a really good review. I then stumbled upon this one person review and it was just like mine. It talked about how it never shipped, and just like mine the seller never responded.

Most of my clothes are thrifted — but I don’t always have the time & energy these days to visit thrift stores in my area when they are open. With Depop I can search on my time for exactly what I want. If you’re patient and willing to dig you will find some gems (like the silk Acne Studios button down I found for $8). Depop is the most-used app on my phone.
