Sunken secrets was my ABSOLUTE favorite farm game, I loved it so much. THANK YOU for remaking this game! The night I found this game was the best night:,) now to build back up ❤️❤️ I’m so happy lol:)

I love the game, but somewhere between the last two updates the story aspect on my main Island disappeared and the bakery/ pastry shop on Panda Island bugged out to where I cannot collect my coins and experience. But I’m still playing. Please fix bugs.

I love this game it’s fun to play when your bored or just wanna play something different. But there is many things that should get changed like for the whale you only get about 15 hours and it might seem like a long time but it really isn’t for getting the items needed. Especially for the tower! You only have 6 days to clear a bunch of rooms for keys to get for chests, and it takes 4 hours to get a lot of magic (if you have the magic fountains that cost in game money instead of the gem ones) and then after the 6 days are up a IT RESETS EVERYTHING just to get 15 bricks you would need to wait maybe 30 minutes! And now you can’t move anything around every time you try and move something (at least for me) it says “Whoops! You’re playing on another device! Tap OK to relaunch your game.” That’s really irritating when your trying to fix up your island so please try and look into that so I can move something I don’t want on my island! ?

I was really enjoying the game until it decided to erase all my progress and start the game entirely over. I opened the game to check back in on some good for my balloons and when the game started it was like a new game had been started and I couldn't get my progress back. First the PC version is unsupported and now the mobile game progress is all gone. Feels like they don’t want me to play this game.

I purchased a new IPad recently and lost my information. I’ve previously had a similarly issue to this. I was previously on level 80 ,570 Diamonds brought the wizard for a week. Now after reinstalling on my new device I’m at level 1 with no Diamonds . I have not change my information at all, I now have a new user ID that I did not changed. I have reach out with no resolution to Big Fish I need help .

Started playing a month ago. Already at level 50. Which is great but also bad because there are no more levels. Don’t care for Panda Island and the labyrinth. There is no way to earn rockets without a cash buy in. Way to expensive. On the brighter side enjoy the balloon races. Please do something to avoid a pay-to-play only reputation and add more levels. Thank you for listening. Update- after reading reviews decided to try Sunken. I find Decurse far better! Sunken is so cluttered there is very little space to organize items I.e. fountains, machines etc. it’s almost visual overload. . So I will wait impatiently for more Decurse levels. Hint hint! Also I love being able to communicate with my teammates w/out Facebook. Its brilliant. We let each other know what is needed then work on it and then give it to them. It creates great teamwork and even some laughs. 4/20/21. Decurse has taken away the races! They stole my money under the pretense of the races being “temporarily unavailable “. I am so angry. Finally after lodging several complaints about no races, they told the truth that there will no longer be any races. This used to be my favorite game. It drops to 2 stars. Sad, very sad!

Was fun to begin with. Now It appears to have been abandoned by the developers. No new rewards. No new features. Everything is recycled from past events. Story stalled. No new levels. Pathetic rewards for what you do. Sad...as it had such great potential.

I like this game a lot the one thing I don’t like is that the storage has a limit you are the only game I have ever played with a limits storage and since you are a big fish company who is notorious for not updating their games you probably will not be fixing this problem
