I have had this game for almost a year and I loved it. Then about three months ago the game froze and I had to delete and restart and I lost all of the things that I paid for. Restarted the game and it worked fine so I bought the things again but the game died again but I had saved the game to my big-fish as they said that I would not lost my items if I saved to big fish or face book so I did when-the game froze again I deleted the game again and restated I lost everything again I decided that I wouldn’t buy anything as I had lost 30.00 and was not willing to again. The game went down two different day this weekend and this morning it was back. I was on panda island and the store there was not working again. If you can’t fix the game I will delete and very mad

I actually enjoyed playing this game then this recent update happened and it's still under maintenance. There's a black staircase zig zag right across the middle diagonally. I'm giving it one star for that. If I could give a zero, I'd do that. Into the cloud you go.

I LOVE this game but there’s been A LOT of PROBLEMS for awhile now‼️‼️???? I spend A LOT of MONEY on this game along with several of my teammates, but with all the problems this game is having I recommend NO ONE NEW TO JOIN until they FIX ALL THE ISSUES‼️ I’ve sent in SO MANY tickets to let them know the issues I’ve been having & almost all of them have gone unanswered (my teammates have also)‼️‼️?? So at this point we all will no longer USE OUR MONEY on a game that DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY‼️‼️ Ive lost hundreds of gems (which is technically MY MONEY) I can’t even keep count anymore!!!!!! So for now I give a 1 star ⭐️ rating until they FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS THIS GAME IS HAVING‼️‼️‼️

This game is very fun but the last several times the game glitches out every time I try to hit the task menu and just now the daily gift glitched. What it does is every time I press it, it leaves the app and goes to my Home Screen. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it 4 times but still isn’t fixing the problem.

I was a faithful player. Played all day long. Cute game, graphics, fun challenges...and then the current challenge stopped advancing. I contacted support and they said they are aware of some bugs which they listed but didn’t say anything about my issue. Didn’t offer a solution or when or if it will be fixed. Just said I hope you continue to enjoy it. But I can’t. I have nothing to work towards. My storage is full with pieces I can’t use but don’t want to get rid of because what if they do fix it?? So as long as you don’t get a random bug it’s a cute game. Too bad support is horrible.

It’s good in all but I recommend to not buy this gameplay because with the magic pumpkin it SO FRICKING HARD TO DO!!!!!!
