I can’t open the game anymore! It’s stuck after I clicked on a watch add in the tasks area..... please repair and I’d advise everyone to NOT hit that button area in the bottom right side on the board EVER......

Something is going on with your service today cannot get back on I was doing the race and the pandas mine that’s were it has been for about 8 hours can’t finish anything this is frustrating you play for fun not frustrating please fix your problems your game is the only one with problems everything else works great so your problem Thank You

it’s impossible to buy machines and extra slots in machines to meet the needs of ALL the tasks they give you as you level up. Maybe take a lesson from Township or more successfully working apps. Very disappointing. Also, I’ve never had more connectivity issues in any game more than this one. Even when my internet connection is working perfectly.

I wish I was kidding. The game is always down, users have lost their islands and are told to restart, and they never respond to support tickets. Just dissolve already, Big Fish, and please sell the Decurse gaming rights to a legitimate company.

Too many bugs

I started out enjoying this game, but as I progressed it began to start crashing and then stop opening, giving internet connection issues as the problem - falsely as my connection was strong and all other apps were working perfectly! There were other problems within the game too, some elements were not working. So I have given up on this.

Too many glitches

The game has too many glitches. Races always lag. Whales don’t work. Panda island has been broken since I can remember. Yet they give new updates without fixing the already existing issues. I’m don’t spending my money on this game.

Great game but serious issues

First I love the game. There is so much to do, farming, sending orders out by hot air ballon or whale. However here lately there’s issues with loosing signal, unable to get on game, being kicked off game. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. I bought panda and now I’m unable to even get on the darn game. This has been ongoing for over a month. Your going to loose people as their frustration builds. Please FIX the problems.

Upgrade will change your game / lose everything

Will not open up keep telling me maintenance alert check back later . Meanwhile filled with diamonds Emily panda boat assistance paid I lose them all waiting for it to work again. Open up for me to give diamonds for assistance needed . I personally spend a lot of money.support don’t respond in the 24-48 like they say. This has happen multi time when it upgrade the game .your ID: change even if you reinstall you lose what you all ready had I’m hurt because I actually love the game. I’m in my very late 60’s I have waited a entire month had to keep telling them my original ID : hard to start over again when your level almost 66
