I’ve been downloading and deleting this game several times. But the problem is that doesn’t have any type of sound. I don’t know what else to do. Can you guys help me, I will appreciate it a lot.

I would rate this five stars if the time didn’t take so long. Just for some popcorn you have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes, yes you can skip the time or upgrade the machine. With the hot air balloon the time gets longer and longer and takes forever to get my rewards and with the whales you have to try to complete the resources that they need with only 11 hours which seems like a lot yet resources to make them need other resources then you just took up a hour trying to get something. With gems you can use them, but once you run out of gems you can buy some (I don’t) or you can try to save up gems that you earn, but that would take forever. This app is wonderful overall and I will keep playing this for a long time!

Most of the game works, however, balloon races are no longer and thing however the balloon races thing I spent a lot of time building is still there? Doing nothing? Also it is extreamly difficult to stay on top of the level you are on. For example every level you unlock more things and I keep leveling up but never have enough coins to buy the machine. I am like 6 levels ahead of what I can actually make/afford.

There aren’t frequent enough updates for long time players. Basically all of my coins just disappeared, had a ton saved up and now down to 1,000.

For the last 2 days I have gotten repeated “lost internet connection” messages despite being connected to wifi.

Not working, Constant crashes…

I’ve been back & forth with customer support for several days now, & it’s been a total waste of time. Any time I open the game, it may only work for anywhere from 30 seconds to maybe 5 minutes… yep, tried everything, & everything they suggested, too. Then it freezes up & I get a screen that says the connection has been lost…check my internet. Sorry, everything (incl other games) else works just fine. Telling me & others that it will probably be fixed in the next update is the wrong thing to tell people, since their last update was over a year ago. This is a copy paste of part of my latest email from them: “I'm definitely sorry that we don't have a fix for this issue now. This error will need to be resolved in a new update to the game, and Customer Support doesn't have information available as to when a new update may be released”

The game keeps telling me it’s lost connection. It’s not my service it’s this game because every other game I have on my iPad works fine. I love this game but the issues are getting ridiculous

This game has some great distinctions that set it apart from other games in its genre. The core gameplay does not differ much from other farming games, but I love the creative fantasy setting, and the unique mechanics of decursing island areas and rebuilding/upgrading structures. There is a wealth of activities and always something to do. And I really appreciate how it’s safe for all ages and sensitivities. The only suggestion I have would be to add more side quests to flesh out the characters and their world more. Other than that, there isn’t anything more I want out of this game! I played it when it was in beta, and only stopped playing it because I played through all the content then available and ran out of things to do.
