12/5/19 Today’s issue with DS is you cannot complete a task. Error. C’mon engineers! Can’t be that hard!! Between having to re-login several times a day, your biggest supporter is losing interest. —————————————————- I don’t mind this app at all BUT, when I have to login multiple times a day, I’m over it. Please update to the fingerprint method for signing in, or at least update/fix this issue with the login glitch. When it’s fixed, I will write a glowing review. For now, not so glowing.

This is the first review I’ve ever felt the need to do. This app is so poorly optimized for any iPhone with the new screens with a notch. There is no swipe back feature so if you want to go back one screen you need to click the back indicator on the top left... well, that button doesn’t exist there. It’s somewhere else and invisible because nothing is lined up in the app. So you’re left guessing where the back button actually is and spamming the general area hoping you get lucky. Their intentions are great, but in the apps current build 3.5.0, it just doesn’t work.
Much of it is very FRUSTRATING.

I'm using this app on my iPhone X. I'll start off with what I like. I like that you can scan people's DL to put them in the system. That's convenient. But even here I run into problems. I HAVE to flip my phone horizontally in order for me to hit the "Use" button after I take a picture of the front of the ID, or else it's at an inaccessible part of the screen. The VIN scanner is convenient too. But then, I have to hit "Save" which kicks me out of the screen because it thinks I'm done (I'm not), but I have to go BACK to submit to vAuto. Clunky, but ok I'll deal. Oh yeah, forgot to put someone's contact info or accidentally hit a button to proceed to next screen after scanning their ID? FORGET IT. I have to submit their info after the fact as a work note. Then if I want to enter a trade vehicle under them? I can't submit to vAuto if I don't have contact info so I have to walk back to my desk from wherever I'm at to input the contact info from my computer because the app doesn't let me input contact info if I forgot to do it first time around (or if it does, I have yet to figure it out). Trying to search for a client? GOOD LUCK. I think dealer socket on desktop is already unnecessarily bad at bringing you your clients, but the phone app is just horrendous. Trying to navigate your dashboard? HA! It's the sorriest layout I've come across. I'd love to actually feel like I can use this app to get work done that doesn't involve DL scanner or VIN scanner in my phone, but that's ALL I use it for. If I dare use it for anything else, I'm pressing around at a bunch of unnecessary buttons and screens for far too long for me to feel like it's worth it. Just complicated and inconvenient.

Horrendous app in every aspect. The email system is archaic, the SMS/Text is unbelievably bad. Go to reply to a text and you have to choose the ToDo before it lets you text. Pictures... haha what a horrible way to send photos or video to customers The photo library option to find a previous photo contains blank albums that don’t exist from past dates. And they need to fix the screen size issue of having to rotate to horizontal and back to vertical so all the buttons are in view.
Upgraded to 11 Pro Max.. App does not work!

I used the app periodically on my old iPhone 8 Plus. It worked decently, socket talk never worked however. Now that I upgraded to a 11 Pro Max.. it does not work at all. Like it has not been integrated to work with the phone. Even simple functions are not useable. This is my lifeline when I’m not at the dealer. And it does not work. Good luck if you have a Pro Max or 10 Max. It won’t work

Needs an update, using this app feels like I’m pulling my own teeth. iPhone 11 does not operate smoothly with this app. “Software ninjas”

Constantly logs you out, doesn’t save appts/tasks half the time, very confusing going between entities and opportunities, nothing like black bird or classic. Only redeeming quality is that it exists at all but it has a long way to go to being viable on its own.
