This app doesn’t work with iPhones that have the notch... it needs visual updates as well as mobile updates to help it not crash.. the UI needs to be less confusing .. it should be more straight forward like the website... this has GREAT potential and would be soooo useful for the companies clients as we are on the move! PLEASE update and give your app some help!!

This app is super slow and is not compatible with the notch. It would need a major Overhaul in order to be considered an acceptable application.

Fix the screen size

For iPhones with taller screens like the iPhone X, the app buttons get cut off from the top and bottom. Please update the app so I don’t have to tap in 70+ places to get each corner button to work!

Absolutely terrible to use, it works, only half the time. If you have an iPhone X style phone, good luck getting anything they position in the corners to work. Also, the app crashes every. Single. Time. I try to send a video to a customer. Overall, this app needs a complete redesign or a MAJOR overhaul.

I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max. The display on the screen doesn’t fix properly so I have to click on the buttons in the corners multiple times before it will work. Please update

This app would be tremendously helpful if it was actually functional on iPhones like the Pro Max. This app has key functions at the top of the screen that are unusable on my Pro Max. The iPhone 8 is the last iPhone that functions seamlessly with this app. Please offer an update that addresses this issue.

Having issues with the function of icons on the upper left and right corners or phone. They don’t seem to register my presses. I don’t know if the application is optimized for the notch of the phone? I don’t seem to have this issue with my galaxy s9 when using the application on that phone. Please address this issue.
Layout issues persist

There are serious layout issues when using iPhone 11 Pro Max that make the app unusable. Some of the buttons are outside of the screen (ie, they overlap with iOS display features such as the clock, signal and battery status, or simply are under the screen notch.) It makes it impossible to fully utilize the app. I have multiple screenshots and I’m willing to send if contacted by support.
