If using this app - I have iPhone X pro - you can’t use the menu (3 bars on top right corner) or the back button because the app is formatted poorly. I’d you’d like a properly working app, you might want to test it across all platforms. Just saying.

Needs to be updated to work with newer phones. Hard to hit cancel on iPhone 11 Pro. I’ll update with more issues if they appear

Simply put, the app doesn’t work. It wasn’t updated to even allow for usage on the iPhone 11 max. The buttons on the top for “back” aren’t even on the screen and clickable. Simple functions don’t even work. The clunkiness of this app makes for a painstaking day off if you actually hope to communicate with your customers when you’re away from the dealership. My opinion is, if you have the option to use it from the mobile site and not this, do it. This is not a sales tool. It’s a hinderance to sales.

It freezes once on a customer text message you can’t move back to the prev screen. Happens every time very frustrating since I’m a pre owned manager for a big Toyota store and it’s imperative that I have this app working especially for when I’m home or away from my desktop at work. Please fix this!! I only notice this issue on iPhone. I had android 2 weeks ago and this was never an issue!!!

The app is very nice and convienent for work but I NEED to be able to go back. I have an iphone 11 pro max and none of the buttons on the top of the screen work at all. Please fix!

This isn’t hard guys. The experience in iPhone 11 is unusable. Can’t get to buttons at the top. Have to close the app out to even maneuver through tasks. Get it together. You have a great crm. This app ruins it. You know it l, but you don’t fix it.

Can not access notes - cases are open but nobody seems to be able to fix it.

Since I’ve updated to iOS 14, it is not logging calls like it used to. Says that the call has been less than 15 sec even if I leave a message or actually speak to a customer. This is the whole reason I call from my cell rather than my desk phone since it logs calls in real time rather than having to sync with my desk phone. This really needs an update.
