Worst CRM ever

This c is a joke. You constantly have to log in on a daily basis. The screen freezes daily. It’s to the point where you can’t work a full day without deleting the app and doing a reinstall. Hate it

Dealer socket still buggy mess.

Dealer socket logs me out every 15 minutes. I have perfect internet connection and I always have to re type on my password and login 20 times a day. Also a messy interface. Takes 9-10 click sequences to get any basic tasks done. Try again dealer socket.

This app is far too difficult to use. There is absolutely nothing intuitive about it. It’s over complicated and makes no sense. There is no rhyme or reason as to why some things can be accessed in certain screens while other things cannot. Luckily, I don’t have to use it all that often but our sales staff hates it. It’s buggy, it crashes, it logs users out for no apparent reason. It needs to be re made with the same interfaces that we use in the Blackbird CRM. If your sales staff primarily use a mobile app to access the CRM, this is not the app they’re looking for. I love the DealerSocket CRM as a whole but this app is rubbish.

The program is force closing and especially while scanning Front/back of Drivers License , please bug fix and update ASAP !!!

We have utilized this app for over a year at work. This application constantly has problems and even though it has many benefits the problems tend to outweigh the use of the app. Currently for example while using an iPhone it forces you to logout and you have to re-sign with user name and password 3 to 10 times per day. We have reached out to technical services and it’s been over two months with no answer yet as to why the app does that.

Now the latest update is horrible. Constantly login out, even while actively doing something... an email template that used to be fine, now when tap on it to edit price says malformed code and cannot be edited. Lots of errors with last "update"

This review is being written March 22nd, 2019. I’ve used Dealersocket for about a year. The SMS feature is invaluable to me. 75% of my customers prefer to communicate by text. Which is why it’s so disheartening that many of my texts and my customers texts have not been “getting through” in the system. Over the past few months it’s slowly been getting worse. For example, a customer texted me information for his deal to go through. When he arrived, I hadn’t gotten 3 texts that from him that changed the deal completely. (He showed me his phone with the proof.) I’m hoping they update their software soon. (These glitches seem to be more frequent since my organization decided to switch to blackbird instead of using classic.)

This app used to be decent now it’s buggy and glitches. You used to be able to make calls and the phone call function hasn’t worked on the iPhone X in months. It’s weird to me that they keep updating the app to add new things but don’t update it to make sure things work. 2/5 stars because it is better than nothing.
