The app makes my job so much easier but the only downside is I can’t really use it fully in my phone. The iPhone Xs, and iPhone 12 models have an issue using the menu button on an opportunity. So I can look at info and make the call, but I can’t set new tasks, can’t go to the opportunity without going back a screen and using the search function. I can get an email open to start typing, but selecting a template seems to be almost impossible. Other than that everything about the organization and actual function of the app is great. Just need to bring it up to newer specifications.

This app used to be great now it just constantly freezes...it doesn’t record calls the stock number doesn’t appear on sold units...this app has become virtually useless. I on average get 50 “to dos” I used to make the call it would log ...now u can’t click the back button the call doesn’t log it doesn’t show up on my checkout report at the end of the day can you guys please freaking update your app

It doesn’t record all the calls it drops calls while you’re on the conversation with the customer I’ve been working with the company trying to get them to fix it over a month still not working

This is a great app but with my iPhone XS Max I can never tap on the buttons in the corner of the screen this would be 5 stars if this was fixed.
Horrible on new iPhone 12

App worked pretty well on previous iPhones, but not on the 12. The issue is the very top corners of the screen in the app where you would go back, cancel, or save. This basically renders the app useless. Hopefully they will patch or update.
App needs to be optimized for latest phones.

Lot’s of buttons are unresponsive, on the iPhone 12 without multiple presses of the button. Otherwise app is totally passable.
Not compatible with the notch

This app is super slow and is not compatible with the notch. It would need a major Overhaul in order to be considered an acceptable application. When is there going to be an update released for the notch? It has been over 5 months now since I downloaded it and this app is still useless.

This app is lacking a much needed update. My iPhone 12 Pro Max is somehow not compatible with the app now, so I can’t back out of screens. Please update, as this would be a very useful daily tool if it worked.

App works great, however when I try to click on the upper left or right coroner buttons it doesn’t let me. The app needs to be adjusted to a screen of a iPhone 11 Pro Max.
