This app along with its web version are horrible. It's buggy, lags behind a lot, and I haven't been able to even login for 3 days now. Like others have said clinking links to open emails or events takes 2-6 taps if it even works. The email system is archaic to say the least and is SEVERLY limited in its usefulness (no ability for pictures, screen captures, or cutting and pasting). It's all awful.

UPDATED: 1/6/2018 - App updates (finally) to support iOS 11 and in theory the iPhone X. On the iPhone X it uses the full screen, but the text and buttons on the top have not been properly aligned, which makes the primary means of navigation through the app nearly impossible to use. It’s nice that they have finally moved past iOS 7, but they have managed to actually make the app less useful. Moving through the app on an iPhone X is basically impossible. I would not recommend this update to anybody using an iPhone X - - - UPDATED: 11/9/17 - App still not optimized for iOS 7+ (!!!), now logs you out every time you switch apps and come back to this one. And after you log back in it takes you back to home screen so you have to start all over, which is incredibly frustrating. The forms issue they “fixed” now allows you to edit the form, but when you go to print from the app it blows out all information and prints a blank form. What’s the point? App needs major work to be anywhere near replacement for desktop version. - - - Still not optimized for iPhone 6/7+ or new iOS. Interface is essentially the same as old app with worse design. Seems to have lost ability to change color theme. Almost no improvement over the old app. Give us something faster, newer, and fresher.

maybe they should re-evaluate the business they’re in. There are countless problems with DealerSocket. To top it off, you have to call in and create a ticket number. The people are always nice on the phone BUT in our business time is money. If I miss a call because I’m dealing with my CRM, there is a high chance that I’m going to lose money. I feel like most CRM’s are developed by people who have little to no understanding of the automotive industry. Bringing on some automotive consultants (I’m talking about top performers who utilize their CRM’s) to make the app and tool better is the first place they should start. The latest updates have been garbage! The app barely works with an iPhone X. You cannot even push some of the most important buttons?!?!? Also, while multi-tasking... you get logged out of the entity you’re in. If you’re copy and pasting an email or text from your phone chances are that you’ll have to re-find the customer’s file. It’s an okay CRM with a horribly slow (almost worthless) app. Might as well just make a super great mobile site and ditch the app.

Glad they formatted the app for the X, but the top buttons have merged with the time/battery life/cellular connection at the top. Easy fix. Do it.
Notifications Not Working!!!

Notifications are not working! The app doesn’t show up in my notifications center to activate the notifications! I have deleted and reloaded the app on my phone dozens of times and nothing seems to work. Very frustrating! And customer service is not accessible through the app to try and resolve this issue. I have contacted Apple support, but they are unable to help. This is a developer issue!

So many bugs, the app stop working during processing an action, sometimes I’m able to send one of mine templates emails most if the times not, when you want to complete a lead the app gets locked. AND SO MANY OTHER PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
