Is there an option for us to add our plastic cards’ balances together into only one card in the app? If there isn’t it would be helpful if it had one

The app is great and stuff, but the buy $20 get $20 free offer was the only decent way to spend your money’s worth at Dave and Busters. Unfortunately, it looks like they don’t offer it and you can’t go to that place without overpaying excessively. Edit: they had a coupon for $25 / $25 and the coupon disappeared before it expired. I contacted them via twitter and they wouldn’t do anything. What a joke.

I downloaded the app to use this weekend and I can’t get past the Terms and conditions page. I clicked to agree to the terms and conditions but the Agree and Continue button is still grayed out. Very disappointed.

I’m giving 5star to this app because I had questions about it so I called the app hotline 844-515-5157 number and the team there were so helpful and friendly and nice!
Can’t get into the app

I’ve been trying to setup an account, but when I go to agree and continue, after I’ve I agree to terms and conditions, it won’t let me. It says there’s 30% your first purchase of games when you sign up, but how am I supposed to do that when it won’t let me. My son wants to go there for his bday, and this made it more affordable.

I love the app it’s nice and very easy to use but it would be great to have a transfer option to transfer chips and tickets to other cards.
Worst app

It’s one of the worst app I’ve used. It does not allow me to enter my credit card number to recharge. I can’t re enter a passcode. It just doesn’t allow me to do anything with it.
Can’t get in

I can’t get in the app because it will it let me change the date of birth. What happened with just logging in? I have to put my number and set up a new account for this app to start?

Update: While I will admit I was mad when I made my review, and i do appreciate the feedback given, I do still stand on the opinion that the old app was just fine, and this new one seems like a bad move. I’ll add a star for the response though. The old app was working fine for me. The myriad of one star reviews should be enough of a wake up call for the developers. Im rlly glad I haven’t tried making any charges to the new account i had to make after reading that ppl were getting charged multiple times on their account! That would have put my bank account in the negatives and I absolutely would have tried to sue. You guys seriously need to GET A CLUE and get your act together.
