Loved the original Dave and Busters app, this new one is pure trash! It takes way too long to load each screen and freezes frequently! You also can’t delete any old powercards which is super frustrating. My rewards card also keeps getting switched to a different one which has lost me many rewards points. Also since switching to this new app, Dave and Busters RARELY offer deals anymore! Complete BS!

This app ruined my opinion of d&b. No offers anymore. Can’t pay with gift cards. Using your phone is only through the wallet app which stops updating and drains battery before I’m even done playing. Whoever gave this revamped app the green light should be fired. Just terrible

First time downloading the replacement D&B app, and it appears to be bricked with the latest update. It just states “something went wrong!” I expect better from a company who depends on a utility like this to load chips/play games!

I like Dave and busters but I just found out I can use my iPhone or watch as a replacement for the recharge card, and I can use Apple Pay to refill my account! This changes everything!

Can’t add cards to Wallet

Physical cards added to the app can’t really be added to the Wallet app anyway. It’s still needed to use the physical, then why even use this app? Useless.

Can you please fix the rewards program in the app

The app is great but there is one problem the rewards points is stuck at zero can you fix this?

Apple pay Isn’t working. Everything time I log into the app it gives an error that oops something seen wrong. It’s very frustrating that you can’t do a simple Apple Pay transaction in the app. But I guess I’ll probable work once the offer has expired!

Reward status not showing and can’t use it to play

The rewards points were showing and now it just shows 0. The employees in a D&B are clueless and have no idea what to do. With the new app if you have your cards in it I should be able to use it to play games. That is a big fail as well.

Marietta GA has the system, but he near field didn’t work on iPhone 11. Strange. They moved my points to a physical card and I lost my rewards. I’m not going back. Too much trouble.
