Offers don’t work when you get them

With This new app can’t purchase offers. Tried different credit cards. Happened on my account and wife’s account. Daughter account doesn’t even get offers at all. App is terrible. Help system doesn’t work. Just email back saying to reset or use another card. Tried that 3 times. Then said to wait and offer would still be able to be used after expiration date. That didn’t happen. Bad cust service. Don’t offer something and have no way to fix your system errors st store or phone level. Dave and busters lost a few sales here..... we just didn’t go....

Update: 2020/01/21 Thank you for the quick response. Hopefully, there is another sign-up method implemented soon—i.e. email, Sign-In With Apple (preferably). I was hoping to sign up with the new app and go to D&B after receiving an email from Apple about the Pay promo... which is only until the end of this month. So, most likely, I’ll be missing out on that unless an update with these features is pushed out within the next 9 days. ========================= 2020/01/17 I’m making an account where the first thing I’m FORCED to do is give up my phone number. Wrong answer.
Good but need improvement

The app is nice and all but I think the offers need to be available more often as I never get any and I tend to go pretty frequently. I’m also trying to get a deal for 50% off with Apple Pay and the app won’t allow me to use it and constantly just loads and does nothing. Needs some improvement, but other than that it’s pretty good.
Where are the offers?

I have yet to see an offer on this new app. The old app had great offers all the time! I don’t remember a time where I went on the app and didn’t see an offer. And that was the main reason I took the kids to Dave and Busters. I have yet to go back and I don’t plan on it until they put some effort into bringing this back.

The app works pretty well for buying chips and keeping track of your tickets, but it does not automatically apply any offers that you might qualify for. I’m trying to take advantage of the 50% off offer if you use Apple Pay, but the total doesn’t change at all! If an email blast is sent out for an in-app offer, there shouldn’t be any possibility of the offering not applying.

The app does not work says it works on iPhone doesn’t work on iPhone 6 Plus with ios 13.2. Installed update from 3 days ago still not working. Any way to login on website till this is fixed?

Great app for quick purchases but too many bugs get in the way. Would be great to use phone’s nfc to do game swipes. Signing up would time out since switching apps to get verification code causes an “oops send again?” Message. Verification email and subsequent pop up page can’t communicate with app.

The rewards button keeps saying it’s broken so I can’t turn it on, have tried at different times of day. *Submitted a help ticket, getting close to 24hour wait without response in a few hours... could understand 6-8 hours but not nearly 24 for something this simple.
