Can’t reload on app

Does not allow you to reload in the app. Had to checkout with the cashier instead.

I don’t know what’s happening but the first app I had worked great. Since the new app was launched, I have not been able to do anything. I have an iPhone and can not get past the terms and conditions screen. I asked a host last night, and he says I’m not the only customer having this issue . The app not functioning is really costing me a lot opportunities to recharge with coupons and deals. I’ve uninstalled...reinstalled nothing has worked.

Only reason for 1 Star was it takes Apple Pay! Don’t use this app Dave and busters can’t help you! They will tell you it’s a 3 rd party so sorry! Second you have to use your $1,000 iPhone as a cheap .10 card to play games so inconvenient and uncomfortable! Then watch out they will slam you with a $3 fee and Dave and busters can’t do anything to help you. This app will only make there stock drop because of the horrible play experience it is to carry your phone all the time in your hand. Plus the readers for your phone bony always work so you look pretty stupid waving your phone at the machine. The executive that authorized this change should be immediately let go for poor judgment!

Just downloaded the app right now and looks good but, what I noticed is that in the payment methods there is no “Paypal” option yet. I would really come in handy to have that option.

This was our first time to Dave and busters and our last.we visited the store in Grand Rapids Michigan and they offered a 30% off coupon for first time customers who sign up with there Mobile app. We downloaded the app, signed up and the promo didn’t come up. I waited for a manager for 20 minutes. When I spoke to a manager and they would not honor there advertisement. Horrible customer Service.

Doesn’t give me my offers

I keep receiving emails saying I have “offers” for deals on chips. I follow the link to the app and nothing is ever there. Very tiring. Only positive side is being able to see how many tickets you have.

I shouldn’t have to download an app in order to sign up. Went into store because it wasn’t working on browser. Guys told me to download app. To sign up on app I have to use my phone number instead of email like browser allows. It should not be this difficult & people should be able to sign up in store.

It app is alright but it’s missing one thing that made the last app good. It’s the offers, the 20 for another 20 is actually good but it’s gone. One time, I refilled my card and 10 minutes later, an offer popped up. And I was like bruh. So I want u to make offers pop up more often
