Can’t get into the app – D&B Rewards Review

I’ve been trying to setup an account, but when I go to agree and continue, after I’ve I agree to terms and conditions, it won’t let me. It says there’s 30% your first purchase of games when you sign up, but how am I supposed to do that when it won’t let me. My son wants to go there for his bday, and this made it more affordable.
