Right at the beginning it asks to log in or create an account, but there is no login for existing account holders!

The app was really awesome prior to the update. Now for some reason I am unable to log into my account using the app. I continue to receive error messages that my data hasn’t been changed and to try again later. I’ve been trying all week but to no avail.

I love Dave and Buster’s and seeing the details for the new app seemed awesome. The new reward system is fun and the challenges that can get you even more gameplay was a great idea. All I can complain about is the inability to add power taps to my account. Seems to only work with the plastic power cards. My original power tap wristband followed the last app to this one just fine, but when I had lost my original band and tried to apply my replacement, I found out it can’t be added to my account. So using my new band doesn’t make sense anymore, a big let down. Hopefully this can be fixed soon as I’m sure many rewards members have opted in for the power taps instead of the cards.

Might be a useful app if could actually get in - can’t even sign in … so um not sure what the technical issue is but I’ve tried dozens of times different days (uninstalled the app, restarted phone, etc) - please fix this or help me

This app is junk. Constantly an issue. Always something wrong on the apps End. Won’t even let me add my card. Took me 15 mins just to get it to log on. Deleting. Pointless

I am unable to use the app. Can’t log in unable to log in this has been going on for month. On your app it says a week ago there was an update but I didn’t get an update for the app please fix this. Already called customer service they said you were on it but I seen post about this for months.
