This app and the service at the CVS Pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. I can not wait to change. Read every review on Yelp and read what people are saying about the poor service. You would think the company would investigate the lack of service patrons are receiving. I have reordered a prescription twice and still it has not been filled in 4 days. Poor Service CVS!
Who could possibly want to call a pharmacy from their phone?

So here’s some nonsense. I have a prescription that has been “on order” for more than a week with no update or estimated fulfillment date. I clicked to see the pharmacy info to call to ask about the order. There is a number displayed but somehow it does not work as a link. What’s worse, you also cannot copy and paste the number over to the phone keypad. So in a MOBILE app, I have to go find a freaking pen and piece of paper to write down the phone number so that I can dial it. Who the hell designed THAT?!
Price too high!

I went to refill using cvs app and price was much higher than last time at $25.00. Good RX has it at a grocery chain for $7.00!

After trying to sign on to the app over and over it did not recognize me. I called CVS Caremark and the agent told me to call my insurance company the app does not work. What a waste of time.
Easy to sign up and use

I was able to setup my account and price my Rx within a few minutes. Very easy, very convenient. If I had to call my insurance to get Rx quotes, it would take at least 20minutes to get the info I needed. This is way easier.
