Reset password several times and cant log in. Clumsy process to begin with and it doesn’t work. Meanwhile cvs and cvs caremark are somehow different systems which is confusing with password managers and apps and websites.
It’s ridiculous that after launching the app you then have to bypass the Covid info alert popup and tell the app, you just launched to use, to go to the app! Then you have to sign in. Find some other way to offer Covid info. We shouldn’t have to deal with this delay and extra effort every time we launch the app. And nowhere near as good as the Express-Scripts app I used until CVS took over. So many missing features. Why cant you guys model your app after ES?
App is lacking in needed features. Example: could not set up mail delivery for prescription in app. App forces you to go online. And once mail order request is setup online, app does not update with the new order. I’ve used good prescription apps before, the Caremark app is not one of them.
I have not used the app in years. Logged in today and was told that I belonged to a plan that did not exist and that I had no coverage. Called support, was told that the coverage was fine. They tried resetting my password and totally recreating my account. The same message continues to come up and I can’t go any farther with the app. If you cannot have an app that either works correctly or can be supported by the “Customer Care” team, then what is the point of having an app at all?
Half of the time my login fails with an error message “invalid field”. Using same credentials but keeps failing to login. Apps needs lots of improvement and optimizations.
App stopped working, doesn’t list any of the medications at all. And only support available is for the website.
