Don’t try to find a phone number

If you are using the Caremark app and need to talk to a live representative, good luck on trying to find a phone number. Obviously they prefer you not call them, but use to app to try to solve a problem or get answers to your questions. What ever happened to customer service?

Add to Apple Wallet Broken

I only got the app to add my prescription card to my Apple wallet and this function seems to be broken. It just keeps letting me to try again later.

I have never been able to log into this app. I keep it on my phone because it’s from my insurer but it keeps asking for a verification code that it never sends me and I can’t find the phone number for tech support on the website to solve the problem.

Have been trying for a year to have my wife added to app with no luck even though she has been getting prescriptions filled thru CVS Caremark for years. Not that hard to find an app developer that can truly improve an app

Terrible Company - Terrible App

The ONLY reason I use CVS Caremark is because it’s the only option my company provides. The ONLY reason I downloaded the app is as to add my I’d card to the wallet and, of course, that doesn’t work! I certainly still intend to fill all my scripts at Walgreens!

Doesn’t work if toy have Blue Shield insurance.

Refilling Prescriptions

The app gives several ways to do this. The “Easy Refill” option works great. Scan your prescription bottle, that’s it. The other ways suggested I had to recontact the pharmacy, etcd. This had confused me. Thanks for the easy fefill optoin.

Still Can’t Use

I cannot use this app. I was able to sign up but every time I go to log in the app just closes. It happens after the verification code is entered and sometimes it happens just from logging in. I really need to keep track of my prescriptions.

Unprecedented poor service

Tried for two weeks to get a prescription refilled. Sometimes calling twice a day. By the time they figured out the many things they were doing wrong I was out of my prescription. I was told many times by there Sr Resolution team and case coordinator that they would expedite shipping. When I finally got notification that the order has shipped it was sent regular US mail and would take a week to get to me. Inexcusable. Will NEVER use them again.

Doesn’t support Apple wallet

Contrary to what the app would have you believe, you won’t be allowed to add your member ID card to the Apple wallet.
