This app does not work at all in landscape with an iPad keyboard. Also the reliability is terrible. The system is frequently DOWN, especially on Saturday nights when I need to use it.

Hangs and closes

When I open it and enter my credentials, it pauses and then closes. That makes the app useless to me. I see I’m not the only person experiencing this behavior. I want this app to work and to be able to rate it. As it stands, it’s a 1 star only because I can’t give it zero stars. Fix it please. I’ll happily upgrade my rating when it works.

Terrible Customer Service

After calling multiple times to try and set up my account, I was given conflicting information each time and was told I don’t have coverage, then I do have coverage, then I don’t again. Every time I called back I was given different information. Truly impossible.
Log-in Issues

App will not let me log-in, but website works perfectly. I contacted CVS and they said it was a known issue with their Caremark app and have no idea when it will be fixed.

I am very pleased with being able to order and receive without ever having to leave home. Some meds are extremely pricey compared to Sam’s or Costco. That is my main complaint. Customer service is excellent.

Requested early medication refill (lost previous meds, not sure how) Called customer service, they said processing right away Check app and mail a week later, that was a lie So I was lied to, and I don’t have important medication. I’ll just wait it out and hope I don’t have any sudden medical episodes! Completely unacceptable, btw!
