First they don’t tell you there is a CVS and a CVS Caremark which are different. Then I have tried to reset my password and i still canning aces my account. This is why I wanted to stick with Walgreens but this scammer insurance company won’t let me get 90 day suppily unless I go thru them. Complete trash.

I’m a new member. There is no phone number to give to my medical office so that prescriptions can be electronically transferred. This site is designed for individuals who are already a member. Phone numbers are non-existent even if you call well care they don’t give you the correct phone numbers.

I log in, look at what I need to see or find out and it has vital information on keeping my meds on hand 24/7.

Have been very pleased with the great service! They have been very prompt with refills.Having said that I must confess I just re-ordered my Xarelto even though I know they probably would’ve sent it on time. It is because I am a worry wart because of that medication. So thank you pharmacy!

Won’t let me choose a payment method now. Tried to re add method and it says already exists. Tried to order thru website and it won’t load. This app used to work great. What did y’all do to break it??

I have downloaded this app 4 or 5 times. Get a pretty little icon that I can click on. When I go to sign in and enter my CORRECT user name and password it blinks one time and sends my phone back to the home screen every time. I downloaded the app to my wife’s new iPad with the same results. If I go to the website via any browser it opens and works perfectly. Very frustrating.

Was able to log on okay but it never loaded to refill my prescriptions or not able to see any of my other information.

Every single time I open the CVS Caremark app, I am greeted with a pop up message that informs me that there is a COVID19 outbreak and offers me two options, one of which rips me out of the app and redirects me to a Caremark website about COVID. About half the time, I accidentally click on this option when I had no intention to visit a random CVS website to learn more about COVID. There is a reason we he chose to block pop-up windows in browsers years ago; please stop incessantly presenting users with this pop-up message!
