Sync your different accounts


It used to work fine, now it just crashes.

Whenever I login, I get a verification code. Once I enter it, it immediately crashes. Any further attempt to login just causes it to crash immediately. I can still access it from Safari, however I’d prefer to use it in the app.

Clunky Useless App

I’ve never had to work so hard to pay a small basic bill. And of course you can’t even pay the balance with HSA card. The app frequently forgets my FaceID and of course accounts don’t match between this app and the CVS Specialty app. Such a waste of phone space to have two apps as well. Hire some college kid with basic coding experience to fix your UI for a couple bucks.


Wish zero stars was an option

This app is slow and unresponsive. It’s not so much an app, but more of a lazy web view. Doesn’t incorporate iOS shortcuts like left-swipe to go back. Overall it’s just plain terrible. Even worse it hasn’t improved at all in years. To summarize, this app is a complete joke and an absolute disgrace. CVS do better!


App and website

If you use the app for anything but easy refill ii is bad. Both the app and the website are cumbersome and circular. A simple task of changing your password is difficult. I am 49 and use an iPhone. This stuff should be simple. I can imagine if I was older and not familiar with apps and websites or phones It would be impossible to use it at all.


app does not work

after the last update, it does not work. just says i don’t have an internet connection. the same internet connection I don’t have to write this review, apparently.


Like mail service site can be confusing

I love the mail service. Since I do not drive it is much easier to have it mailed then to ask someone to pick up meds. I find the site a little confusing. There are meds that don’t show that should and vice versa. That usually mean a CS call but they are great. The waits can be a little long at times. It seems when I finally figure it all out they update or what I call screw it up so it takes time to figure out again but that is the way of all these sites.


App crashes after entering credentials

App crashes after entering credentials and pressing “sign in”. I called customer service and they created an issue ticket. A few weeks later, a technician called me to discuss the issue, but they never resolved it. It’s been over 4 months now and I still cannot login.
