As a retired employee the ease of logging on and ordering my refill is a godsend. I wholeheartedly recommend CVS/CAREMARK to any and all who have internet access or a smartphone and a credit card.

There doesn't seem to be a way to permanently set my local CVS, so that when I search for a drug, I don't have to keep setting my location. It adds 2-3 steps in my search.

Not once has prescription request through the app been successfully filled. 0 for 3.

When asked to verify my account I chose text and or email, I never get a code. I called support and they said it can take 24 hours to get the code. But the code expires in thirty minutes! Really stupid

CVS Caremark is an easy app to use. Cvs service personnel are courteous and patient when I call , I tell them I am hard of hearing and they understand and repeat if necessary. All of my prescriptions go to cVs Caremark.

I registered and then system informed me my plan wouldn’t work with it. Scanning didn’t work, typing everything in difficult with tremor in hands. However i do like convenience.
