So the app is great I love it but the only thing is that you need to buy most of the stickers/anything else but there are a lot of free things if you go and search up something with the word free after it but all in all I love the app.

Won’t let me connect my machine

I have the Cricuit Explore Air2 and it doesn’t show that option on the app. It won’t let me connect my machine and I can’t make anything. I plug the connection cord into my computer and it still won’t connect.

It crashes. It doesn’t save projects. I get error messages constantly. And it logs me out of my app on my computer and I have to sign in for no reason. Fix it! Why should we pay $10 a month for an app that’s not reliable.

I'M TICKED OFF!!!!

Gosh. Where to begin. I like probably most of you use this app with my Cricut for business. This most recent update has been nothing but a massive inconvenience. My app will crash every time I open it, it will not let me upload onto the mat at all most of the time. It will just send me back to my Home Screen. Half of the time it will tell me that my sizing is off when I know for a fact that it is not, this never happened before on the Version prior to this one. Not to mention cricut support has not emailed me back in any way shape or form on this matter. I did not want to bring this review to this page knowing that it would be just hidden amongst all of the other complaints so far, but with not getting any responses or any help I don’t know what else to do. My best advice is that if you have not updated the app please don’t. I have done everything, I’ve re-installed and uninstalled the app about 1 million times I’ve completely powered off my iPad you name it I have done it. My iPad is also fully up-to-date whereas they will say that that’s the problem when its really that they put out a very buggy and unfinished updated and are being awfully quiet right now… I have no idea what to do I’m considering going over to silhouette because it’s putting a big dent in my business productivity and honestly I am heartbroken by this I am at a loss and I don’t know what to do. Update: Still awful.

The new update is annoying, i try to delete the words and change it and it goes to 160x160, its hard to edit texts too.

It appears that the Cricut products want an unlimited amount of money for just about everything on their app. So disappointed and long for my old cartridge Cricut!

Update for iPad users

I love my cricut but simple projects are prolonged because theres no offset feature for iPad users only desktop. It’s ridiculous how I have to use other apps or websites to get this feature to work with design space. It’s been long enough that offset has been on desktop, it’s time to bring it to iPad as well. Adding this feature would make it 5 stars but without it I can’t fully enjoy my crafts.
