It really is sometimes so difficult! Why is it not user friendly?? The materials and the time I have wasted, I can never get back!
App is crashing

I’ve been using this app for months now on my IPad Air. However the last 3 days the app has been crashing and not allowing me to do anything on it. My iPad is updated and also I have the latest version of this app. I’m not sure what changed or why this is happening but hopefully it can be fixed ASAP!!

Downloaded the app. After cleaning an image doesn’t let me go to the next step. Really wanted something mobile but disappointed that’s it’s not working.
Keeps Freezing ??♀️

I have had my cricut and the app for the past 3 years. I’ve absolutely loved it until a month ago. For some reason, after the last update, every time I’m trying to upload and clean up and image, it freezes. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve come one click away from finishing my design and it freezes up and I have to start all over... I don’t know if anyone else it experiencing this, but it’s extremely frustrating. I can’t even enjoy making my designs anymore because of this... Please help me fix it ?

I have tried numerous times to be able to link projects from outside design space. No matter what I do it keeps taking me back to download, and it will not work.
Cannot download free images
Total Disappointed
Every time I try to download images under my “free” trial period I get charged At least .99. Then when I go to download I get an error message that my iPad or iPhone does not internet access.
Loving my cricuit and “unlocking” more features as I go!

I absolutely ADORE my circuit!!! Hopefully soon I will have figured out all of its functions and capabilities! I can’t wait!!
