I am a beginner. My cricut air 2 has arrived last week. I sometimes have problem connecting to it by my iPhone and I have to connect with laptop.
Need Curved Text option

I am surprised that you don’t have curved text as an option. It is highly requested by many and it is yet to be implemented. We have to pay to have better fonts, images, etc. Which I did not realize when I bought the machine. So, the design space should have more options. I will upgrade my star review when you add it.

I love using Cricut. It allows me the freedom to make so many projects. I only have 3 complaints: 1. Sometimes it kicks me off after a few minutes and won’t stay on any longer, no matter how many times I sign on. 2. It will only allow me to Slice a certain number of times on my iPad, and then tells me that I need to sign on to my computer to continue slicing. I prefer to use my iPad, so it therefore that aggravates me because I don’t have the same freedom of movement with my laptop as I do my iPad. 3. After it tells me on my iPad that I can no longer perform slices, I get on my laptop. I will either have started doing slices or other projects on my laptop and when I try to save it, it says it is unable to save the project at this time, and if it continues, to contact cricut customer service. Well it is usually in the middle of the night, so there is no way to contact customer service, and by then I have spent a lot of time working on something only to lose all the work I have put into it. I do wish you would fix it so that you could attach or weld an item and still slice it also. With the same token there are things that you have improved so that I have more flexibility with my iPad and one of those things is that I can upload my own Photos so much easier now, so I really appreciate that. It is easier to see all my projects at once. I know there is more positive things that I can say, and I will do my best to do this when I am doing it and it comes to mind. Regardless of my complaints, the positives outweigh the negatives and I thank you for continuing to make improvements.

I cannot do any project without after one use I get a machine communication error and I spend hours trying to get it fixed. Customer Support said they are aware of the issue and in the meantime I need to have my Bluetooth forget the device, repair it and try again. This gets very very annoying, especially when even that won’t fix it until 6 or 7 repairing times over and over again later. It would be nice if I could sit down do a project and be done, not waste two or three hours to get something done because of an error in the app.

It was working fine at first, now it won’t even open. It keeps crashing.

This app keeps closing on me. I login, search for a project and then the application closes. I reopen it search for the same project again and it closes on me again. I have even gone as far as creating a project then trying to print it on my machine and the app closed and erased my project. Very frustrating.
