Freezing up

I’d love it more if it didn’t constantly freeze up and lose all my work. And when I’m cutting something out I have to click the x like I’m closing out just to un freeze to click finish and go back to the project

Design Space on iPad

KPCricut

I LOVE Design Space and all things Cricut, but I really wish it was more compatible with my iPad and that I could do all the same things on my iPad that I can do on a desktop. If that could be done, it would be PERFECT!!!

Dissatisfied

The Harry Potter Nerd- HINNY

Was working fine until one day after it updated. I will try to upload my stickers and it cuts half of the design off when I click ‘make it’. Useless for me without print then cut feature! It works on MacBook but I seldom have a computer with me. I rely on mobile, so this is a huge bummer.

There are always issues when there’s an update. It freezes up often even without the update issue.

Try this again

Absolutely worthless. They say you can work offline, but you have to sign in online. I have to hotspot for internet, so that’s really “helpful” *eye roll* They say you can upload other file types: SVG, PNG, JPEG. But, If you can get past “file type corrupted or not supported” then it won’t save the file. I tried different settings. No joy. I have tried using different apps for design: Illustrator, Affinity, even CAD. No joy. I reinstalled the app. No joy. And I am sure developer response will be, “ We’re sorry you are having difficulty. Please contact us …”. Except I have gone to the website. I have watched and read tutorials. I’m not going to chat because, as I said, I hotspot. I want to know why I should have to do that at all? The product should just work without having to contact customer support for everything. Oh sure just use the projects Cricut has just like everyone else. Except I didn’t buy the machine for that. I bought it to make templates for metal work and carpentry. And, now for Cricut’s worthless response:

Good program

The reason I gave this only a four star is because I believe more and more people are using iPads. Design space should be just as usable in the iPad as on a computer. Such as being able to transfer an image from one file to another ( like in the app Publisher) and a % showing somewhere on the screen would be nice too. I would like to know what my design is going to look like at a 100% on my screen before I cut it. I also don’t understand why it always has to draw two lines instead of just one, can’t we have a option? Those are just a few thoughts to the design team.

Incomplete instructions

bemutiled

Instructions for the projects don’t explain enough how to put the projects together.
